You already have drawings, a BOM, or a detailed spec. We fabricate to your print, flag anything that needs clarification, and deliver exactly what was designed.

Design-Build

You have a machine, photos of an old panel, or a rough set of requirements. We handle the design from concept through fabrication, with your sign-off before we build.

Common Questions

Can you build to our existing drawings?

Yes. If you have drawings, a BOM, or a spec sheet, we'll build to print. If you only have a machine, photos, or a rough idea of what's needed, we'll handle the design from scratch.

Are your panels CSA certified?

Yes. Panels are fabricated to UL508A and CSA design practices, and we coordinate third-party inspection — including QPS SPE-1000 — when your project requires it.

How long does a custom control panel take to build?

It depends on scope, component lead times, and inspection requirements. Tell us your timeline on the quote form and we'll confirm what's realistic before any work starts.

Do you build single panels or production runs?

Both. We regularly build one-off panels for retrofits and small batches for OEMs and integrators who need repeatable builds.

We don't have drawings for our existing panel — can you still help?

Yes. We can redraw an existing panel from photos and an on-site or remote review, which is often the first step before a retrofit or safety upgrade.

Can you replace or retrofit an existing control panel?

Yes — retrofits and upgrades are some of our most common projects. PLC and HMI migrations, obsolete component replacement, and safety system upgrades, often at a fraction of the cost of a full panel replacement.
