Careers at Gohn Controls
What We Look For
We hire engineers and technicians who want to own their work. We're not looking for people who follow instructions — we're looking for people who understand systems, think critically, and want to get better at what they do. If you have a background in controls, robotics, or electrical engineering and you're looking for a place where your work actually matters, we'd like to talk.
Technical Depth
You understand how the systems you work on actually function
Ownership
You see problems through to resolution, not just to handoff
Communication
You can explain what you're doing and why, clearly
Growth Mindset
You're not satisfied with what you knew last year
