ELECTRICAL & FLUID POWER DESIGN

We deliver practical electrical design for industrial automation systems, including:

  • Schematics and Interface Wiring

  • Control Panel Layouts

  • I/O Wiring

  • Network Architecture

  • Pneumatics and Hydraulics Plumbing Schematics

  • Detailed Bill of Materials (BOM)

Designs are developed with serviceability, safety, and real-world installation constraints in mind. We support new equipment, retrofits, and upgrades, and work primarily with established industrial standards and components

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS

We support and coordinate electrical installations, including:

  • Power Distribution Systems

  • Cable Tray Installations

  • Control Panel Installations

  • Field Wiring and Device Integration

We focused on ensuring installations align with design intent and support successful equipment startup and commissioning.

CONTROL SYSTEM RETROFITS

We specialize in control system retrofits and modernization projects. This includes:

  • Upgrading obsolete servo drives, VFDs, PLCs, and HMIs

  • Improving system reliability

  • Integrating new safety requirements

  • Extending the life of existing equipment

Retrofits are approached with minimal disruption to production and a clear understanding of legacy systems

CUSTOM CONTROL PANELS

We specialize in the design of industrial control panels for automated equipment and production systems. Our work includes PLC control panels, safety control panels, power distribution panels, and remote IO and interface enclosures.

Typical panel designs include:

  • PLC and safety controller panels (SIL2 / SIL3, PLd / PLe architectures)

  • Power distribution and motor control panels

  • IO interface panels, terminal boxes, and junction boxes

  • Networked control panels for fieldbus-based systems

All panel designs emphasize electrical safety, clarity, serviceability, and compliance with applicable standards. Designs are developed to support inspection, commissioning, and long-term maintenance, and are suitable for build through qualified panel shops or internal customer resources.

MECHANICAL DESIGN

We provide focused mechanical design support where it directly supports automation and control system implementation. This includes custom tooling systems, fixtures, mounts, guarding interfaces, and mechanisms that interact with sensors, actuators, robotics, and safety devices. Mechanical design typically supports:

  • Custom tooling systems and fixtures for automated processes

  • Sensor, vision, and inspection system mounting

  • Actuator, gripper, and robot end-effector interfaces

  • Guarding and safety device integration

  • Brackets, frames, and structural interfaces required for automation hardware

SAFETY AUDIT / PHSR

We support machine safety assessments, safety circuit design, and PHSR-related activities. This includes reviewing existing systems, identifying gaps, and implementing practical safety improvements. Safety work is approached with a balance between compliance, usability, and production realities, and coordinated with applicable standards and inspection requirements.

ROBOTICS

We provide industrial robotics integration, programming, and commissioning as part of complete automation systems and retrofit projects. Robotics work is closely integrated with PLC-based control architectures and safety systems rather than treated as a standalone task. Robotics support includes:

  • Offline robot programming and simulation

  • Development of structured robot program flows and state-based logic

  • Integration of robot control with PLCs and third-party controllers

  • IO mapping, handshaking, and safety coordination

  • On-site robot teaching, calibration, and process tuning

  • Live program modifications during commissioning to accommodate process changes

Robot systems are developed with an emphasis on reliability, recoverability, and maintainability, with clear interfaces between robot programs, PLC logic, and operator control systems.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

We develop industrial software that extends automation systems beyond basic machine control. This includes PLC and HMI programming, as well as data collection, system integration, and custom software solutions used to support production, diagnostics, and decision-making. Software development typically includes:

  • PLC and HMI program development

  • Industry 4.0 data collection

  • SQL-based data storage

  • Integration with databases, dashboards, and external systems

  • Containerized services using Docker / Kubernetes

  • Virtualized environments

  • Development and deployment of custom internal software tools

Software is developed with long-term support, clarity, and system ownership in mind. Solutions are designed to be understandable by OT and IT teams, avoid unnecessary complexity, and integrate cleanly with existing assembly and plant infrastructure.
